Requirements of Attendance

1. Application

You will receive an approval letter to your mailing address after the application form you filled reaches us. 100% of the total cost of course, accommodation and airport greeting must be deposited within 7 work days onto the account number, which is going to be forwarded to your mailing address following your approval letter.

2. Duration and Course Content

You can apply for minimum of 1 week. No classes will be held during the on the days of legal holidays. Classes missed due to holidays will not be compensated on different days and course program has been prepared according to this.

3. Terms of Payment

a) Every attendant is obligated to make the payment on time. Full payment must be made 1 week before the first day of the course at the latest.
b) Payment of course and accommodation fee in full also applies for people who attend classes off and on and don’t attend the course.

After you apply and make the payment we notify the approval to your address in writing and we forward the address information of the place of accommodation and detailed information regarding 1-2 weeks before the course starting date to people who put in an application for accommodation.

4. Course Cancellation

In case there is insufficient amount of attendants for Course to have a start an agreement to have it start on a different date is made between the other attendants and the school. In cases like this, attendants will be notified way before the starting date of the course.

5. Course Cancellation

Course cancelation must always be carried out in writing. Certain deductions apply in the refunding of the course fees with the course cancelation decision to reach our course and considering the course date. These deductions are as follow:

  • In case the course is cancelled 31 days before it stars: 10% of the course fee
  • In case the course is cancelled 15 days before it stars: 30% of the course fee
  • In case the course is cancelled 15 days before it stars: 50% of the course fee

6. Confidentiality

a) Person applied accepts that he/she provided accurate information
b) Information of the person applied is used only for admission into the school; they shall not be used in any other place and disclosed to a 3rd person.

7. Insurance

Each candidate is responsible from his/her own security. ROYAL TURKISH Language Center doesn’t undertake any responsibility or liability.
